When a tool fails, One now says so
Every tool call One makes now shows an honest status: running, retrying, complete, failed, timed out or stopped. A failure is never shown as done, a hung tool gives up, and pressing stop ends it at once.
What changed
- A result that says it failed (a failed deploy, failed checks) is shown as failed, not as a green tick.
- A tool that hangs times out and says so.
- Read-only tools retry brief network problems; anything that changes something is never retried automatically.
- The same email, calendar event or deploy is not done twice in one reply.
- Pressing stop stops a running tool.
